Today was Lake Day for the Academy, an annual event where the students spend time at Pleasant Hill Lake competing in class competitions (such as the annual tug of war), riding on boats, playing on the beach, and bonding together as a family. We took some great footage for the promo video and had a wonderful time connecting with the kids, who we are growing quite attached to. Some amazing stories were shared, reminding me once again what an amazing group of young people God has entrusted to MVA.
